Delivery Policy

CutXflow is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.
How delivery works
- Access to a paid plan or one-time purchase is granted to your account immediately after payment is confirmed by Cashfree — typically within a few seconds.
- Exported video files are generated on your own device and downloaded directly by your browser. Nothing is shipped or emailed.
- Plan access remains active for the full 30 days, and ends on that date unless renewed.
Video editing service
- For the done-for-you editing service, our team edits the raw video (or folder of clips) you share as a Google Drive link and delivers the edited video within the time your plan promises, counted from payment being confirmed: 24 hours for Basic Video Editing, 48 hours for Pro Video Editing and 72 hours for Premium Video Editing.
- The edited video is delivered to your account: download it from the Video editing page while signed in. Nothing is shipped.
- If your edited video has not been delivered within your plan's delivery time, email info.designwalla.ss@gmail.com with your order details and we will follow up.
If access is not granted
Payment confirmation can occasionally be delayed by your bank or by the payment gateway. If your plan has not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email info.designwalla.ss@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it. If we cannot, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery charges
There are no delivery or shipping charges. Prices shown are final.
